2. We send goods such as mp3 players with the wrong memory to you.
3. Online description of an item is wrong at the time of purchase, e.g. listing a functionality that is in fact not supported
4. We send goods in the wrong color ONLY IF the customer actually specified a color choice in order comments or comments prior to the order.
5. We send goods in the wrong localized format, e.g. NTSC / PAL
