Introduction of Paypal
Paypal is a safe and easy way to pay online. It enables you to send and receive money online without sharing your financial details. In fact, no one has the right to ask for your full credit card numbers or Paypal login details. Globeoffer.com staff will not ask you for them either, Please do not give this information to anyone and do not click on links inside emails purporting to be from Paypal.

With Paypal you can pay for your order with a credit card or bank debit card. If you don't have a Paypal account you can sign up for an account after confirming your order checkout on Globeoffer.com.

Payment can be submitted in any currency, although we advise matching the currency used in the online order process for ease of calculation.

If your country is not served by Paypal, you can use Bank Transfer, the only payment option for you. Bank Transfer means the same as 'wire transfer' or 'telegraphic transfer' (T/T). Instruct your bank to send money to Globeoffer.com account electronically. The following are steps of paying by Bank Transfer.

STEP 1, you need to create an order
Register firstly, and choose your products.
After completing the checkout, Globeoffer.com will save your order and generate an "order number", an automatically generated number. If you don't know your number please login Globeoffer.com and then go to My Account to view a summary of past orders.
Your order number is necessary when you make bank transfer and when you make enquiries about your order status.

STEP 2, instruct your bank to make the transfer
You need to give the bank the following information:

b. The correct total amount to pay.
Give the bank correct amount including items prices and shipping cost.
You can submit payment in currency including USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, and NZD
, EUR, SGD, CHF and THB.
Banks often charge fees for international transfers, and you are responsible for this. Remember to ask your bank exactly how much they will charge for the transfer, and add this amount to the remitted total. If you do not add it, the fee will be deducted from the transferred money, and your payment for your order is not enough.

c. the following Order Information:

>And any instructions related to the ordered items such as colors chosen and customs declaration.

Remember to submit your order number to your bank in order for us to immediately process your order. It is impossible to match your payment to your order without order number. So we suggest you print your order information and submit them to your bank.

Note: Please send payment in the same currency as your order in Globeoffer.com. If you pay in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), please fax us your transfer confirmation as HSBC does not always notify us of incoming HKD payments, in this case, your order can be processed as soon as possible.

SETP 3, after bank transfer
After bank payment to our HSBC account as described above, please allow some time for this payment to be processed:
>2-4 working days for the banks to complete the transaction depending on the banks.
>1 working day for Globeoffer.com to process your payment and match it to your order.

Then we will send an email notifying you that we have begun processing your order for delivery.
If you do not receive the email in five working days and you are sure you successfully made the bank transfer, please email or fax us with your order number and bank transfer full details, we will check the order status for you.
Once your order is in processing, please allow 4-10 days for processing and dispatch depending on the ordered items and their quantity. If you need to check your order please open an "After-Sales" support ticket with your order number in the title.

Please submit payment in advance, in full. Order payment in Globeoffer.com includes shipping cost during the checkout process but no taxes are added.
